2020, huh? Life for almost everyone has been turned upside down in one way or another over the past year. A year ago, I decided to take that jump into the exciting and terrifying world of entrepreneurship.  And a year ago… came the infamous pandemic.  It’s not difficult to make an educated guess about what happened next. My business didn’t take off.

Let me backtrack for a minute. What is Ethel? Ethel was my great-grandmother who taught me about serving others (and how to make strong coffee). She believed in this story, and so this is for her. This is for Ethel. Maybe you don’t like coffee, and that’s okay. This investment is about investing in those you love and our planet.

Ethel, today, is a vision with great detail, filled with hopes and dreams and absolutely no cash to support it. Ethel of 2022? A traveling coffee shop that gives back to the community and environment. Let me be clear, she is not an ordinary coffee truck. She isn’t a truck at all. She’s a renovated RV with a sit-in cafe and the world’s best cup of coffee (donations only!).

Now that things are slowly picking back up, I am ready to try this thing again! There is no one more suited to run this business than me. Why? Because it all started 10 years ago when I was 15 and drinking way too much coffee (the limit does exist). All I have wanted to be when I ‘grow up’ is a coffee shop owner and a good person. I’ve worked really hard for the past decade to become those two things. I have worked my way up in the coffee and business industry, step by step and latte by latte. I have a killer business plan that has grown and strengthened over time. All I need is one thing. $10,000 for equipment.

This is where you, my friends (you look nice today, by the way) come into play. If you’re still reading, thank you!

Looking for a way to give back with your income tax money? I need $10,000 to start this dream of mine and start making a difference with coffee.

If you are interested, I would appreciate anything you can donate. Every dollar gets us closer to making this dream a reality.

Feel free to share with your friends, family, colleagues, and acquaintances who like coffee or just helping people.

Thank you for reading!
